Parents as you look at the above photos, please note:
I have been assured by my friends with children, that most parents won't let a youngin' out of their sight for a moment. That these are things that concern me, are things every parent will take note of and do what is necessary to keep their child from risk.
Before you book, I want to make sure YOU, the parent, is aware of these potential child safety issues and should you decide to book, be aware that at least outside the house, you will need to be diligent in supervising your youngins'.
- The pond and land drops off to the North Side of the house, by the water tank. There is knee high pipe, but this offers almost no deterrent for curious a child.
- Also notice the wall that surrounds, on 3 sides of the back yard, has no fencing. With drop offs up to 6 feet.
- The stairs that lead to the house, on the big deck, do NOT have child proof fences.
- The River is just past the Pavilion.
